2. Grammar Explanation
The pattern V + (으)면 좋겠다 is used to express a wish, hope, or desire for something to happen. It can also express a mild suggestion when talking about the future.
(으)면 is the conditional ending meaning “if” or “when.”
좋겠다 comes from 좋다 (“to be good”) + 겠 (expressing conjecture, intention, or hope) + -다 (declarative ending).
Combined, (으)면 좋겠다 literally means “It would be good if…” or “I hope…”
Form:
If the verb stem ends in a vowel → 면 좋겠다
