다음은 최근에 한국에 있었던 캣맘 사건이에요.

한 동네의 편의점 사장이 길고양이들 때문에 골치 아파하고 있어요. 그 마을에는 고양이들에게 밥을 챙겨주는 ‘캣맘’이 있었는데, 그녀는 새로 생긴 편의점 근처에 고양이 밥을 놓기 시작했죠. 이로 인해 편의점 주변에 고양이들이 자주 모여들었고, 편의점 사장은 여러 번 그 캣맘에게 고양이 밥을 다른 곳에 놓아달라고 부탁했지만, 그녀는 들은 척도 하지 않았어요. 오히려 고양이 밥을 건들면 법적 조치를 취하겠다는 팻말까지 붙여놨다고 하네요.

결국 사장은 더 이상 참지 않고 복수를 결심했습니다. 알고 보니 그 캣맘은 근처 단독 주택에 살고 있었어요. 사장은 그 집 앞에 가서 주변을 돌며 고양이 밥을 놓기 시작했죠. 심지어 생선 대가리와 참치캔으로 가득 채우고, 건들면 법적 조치를 취하겠다는 팻말도 똑같이 붙여놨다고 해요.

In the end, the store owner decided he couldn't take it anymore and planned his revenge. It turned out that the cat mom lived in a nearby house. The owner went to her house and started placing cat food around the area. He even filled it with fish heads and tuna cans, and put up the same sign, warning that any interference with the food would lead to legal action, just like she had done.

결국 화가 난 캣맘은 편의점으로 찾아와 사장에게 고양이 밥을 던지며 화를 냈지만, 사장은 고양이 밥을 절대 치우지 않겠다고 맞섰어요. 상황이 점점 심각해지자 결국 경찰까지 출동하게 됐어요.
